Trace Church Return & Refund Policy
At Trace Church, every item in our merch store is created just for you when you place your order. Because of this, returns and exchanges work a little differently than with traditional retailers.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@tracechurch.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it to the correct address at your expense.
Since every item is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or refunds if you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or selected the wrong color. Please double-check your size and details before placing your order.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, you’ll need to place a new order once your return request has been resolved, if applicable.
To start a return or refund request, email us at support@tracechurch.com with your order number, the name and email used to place the order, and photos of the item if there’s an issue.
Any unclaimed or unreturned products may be donated at our discretion.
