Trace Church Shipping Policy

Every order in the Trace Church merch store is made just for you. Because each item is created on demand, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Production time
Most items are created within 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed. Some products may take a little longer during high volume seasons.

Shipping times
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number by email. Average shipping times are:

• United States: 3 to 7 business days

• Canada: 5 to 10 business days

• International: 10 to 20 business days depending on destination and customs

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Incorrect addresses
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. You will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it right to your door.

Delays
Most orders arrive on time, but shipping carriers sometimes experience unexpected delays, especially during holidays. These delays are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to support you if your order is delayed.
